Rose Apple Red or Green

Rose apples, also known as Java apples, are shaped like a small pear with waxy skin. The colour can either be red or green depending on the variety. With its light, crispy and wooly texture, this refreshing fruit is usually consumed fresh. As its name suggest, the taste is quite similar to apple but with a little hint of roses.
