A very popular variety amongst Thai people. ‘Kiew Savoy’ means ‘eat it green’. Mango Kiew Savoy is well known for its sweet crunchy texture when semi-ripened. The locals often eat this mango fresh, and occasionally dipping them in a mixture of sugar, salt, and dried chillies to stimulate the taste buds.
